I enjoy running as an outdoor activity. I participate in many short-distance runs from spring to fall, many of which benefit great organizations. My goal is to complete a half marathon within the next year! Running is not only great for your physical health, but it does wonders for your mental health as well. The Frigid Five is my favorite run in mid-January, everyone should run it at least once!

I enjoy skiing even more than running! The falls can really suck sometimes, but it is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and spend valuable time with friends and family!
